You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return or exchange. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

You can request a return or exchange if the product meets any of the following conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Product: The product is not working properly or was damaged during transit (e.g., portable fans or electronics failing to turn on).

  • Incorrect Product: The item delivered does not match the model, color, or specifications of the product you ordered.

  • Incomplete Product: The package is missing essential parts, accessories, or components that were supposed to be included.

3. Eligibility Conditions for Returns

To ensure your return is accepted, please make sure that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • The product is in its original packaging (including intact boxes, tags, user manuals, and warranty cards).

  • You provide the original invoice, proof of purchase, or order ID.

4. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications by the customer will not be accepted.

  • Products with missing original packaging, components, accessories, or serial numbers cannot be returned.

  • Returns based on “change of mind” or personal dislike after receiving the correct, fully functional product are not applicable.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it and notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 working days.

  • Refund Method: Refund payments will be sent through mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) or direct Bank Transfer, depending on your preference.

  • Shipping Charges: If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Digital Bazar BD will cover the return shipping costs. For other valid reasons, the customer may be responsible for paying the return shipping fee.

6. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Record an Unboxing Video: We highly recommend recording a clear video while opening your parcel for the first time. This serves as vital proof in case of damages or missing items.

  2. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to us via our official Facebook page or customer support hotline with your Order ID and photos/videos of the issue.

  3. Ship the Item: Once our team verifies and approves your request, we will provide you with the return address details to send the product back.
